For health clinics

Booking for consults, follow-ups and full days.

Reception stops taking the same call twice. Deposits protect the long consults. One agenda keeps every practitioner and room honest.

A real Tuesday

The desk does not pause for the phone.

It rings during a consult while the patient in the room is still talking.

The 45-minute new-patient slot at noon does not show, and it cannot be sold again.

Two practitioners both think the 3pm room is theirs.

Rooms and practitioners

One agenda for the practice.

Per-person hours and per-service duration make the real slots. A patient cannot take a slot somebody else already took.

Long consults

$20.00 held on a $85.00 consult.

A no-show costs forty-five minutes of a room. The deposit covers a piece of it and, mostly, stops it happening. A short follow-up can stay deposit-free.

24%

Per service, not all-or-nothing.

Clinic fork

Intake forms travel with the appointment.

A clinic needs the launch engine plus one thing: the questions you already ask before a first visit, collected at booking and attached to the appointment. Nothing else is manufactured to fill this section.
