For courts & spaces

Booking for courts, rooms and evenings.

The phone stops being the booking system. Deposits protect the peak hours. One agenda keeps every court and room honest.

A real Thursday

The evening does not pause for the phone.

It rings at 6pm while two people are waiting to pay at the desk.

The 7pm court is held for somebody who never arrives, and it cannot be sold again.

Two groups both think the 8pm court is theirs.

Courts and hours

One agenda for the venue.

Per-court hours and per-booking duration make the real slots. A member cannot take a court somebody else already took.

Peak hours

$9.00 held on a $36.00 court.

An empty court at 7pm is the hour you cannot sell twice. The deposit covers a piece of it and, mostly, stops it happening. An off-peak hour can stay deposit-free.

Per booking, not all-or-nothing.

Venue fork

Courts and rooms are bookable resources.

A venue needs the launch engine plus one thing: the court, the room or the lane treated as the thing being booked, with hours of its own. Nothing else is manufactured to fill this section.
