For gyms & class studios
Booking for classes, capacity and 7am.
The front desk stops counting places by hand. Deposits protect the small classes. One agenda keeps every studio and coach honest.
A real Monday
The floor does not pause for the phone.
It rings mid-class while eight people are waiting for the count.
Three places in the 7am class go unsold because nobody knew they were free.
Two coaches both think the 9am studio is theirs.

Studios and coaches
One agenda for the timetable.
Per-coach hours and per-class duration make the real slots. A member cannot take a place somebody else already took.
Small classes
$5.00 held on a $18.00 place.
An empty place in a class of eight is a quarter of the room. The deposit covers a piece of it and, mostly, stops it happening. A drop-in can stay deposit-free.

Studio fork
Capacity and waitlists, counted for you.
A studio needs the launch engine plus one thing: places per class, counted as people book, with a waitlist that moves up when somebody cancels. Nothing else is manufactured to fill this section.
